Than it would be tasty and, preferably, not very difficult to please your child on the weekend? Ideas from the chef Helen Darrosis.

Helen Darrose, whose skill of the chef is marked by the stars of Michelin, leads restaurants in Paris, London and Moscow (for more details see. Her website Helenedarroze.com). Every month she shares with us her favorite recipes and talks about what has become for her a source of culinary inspiration.

“I love to spend Sunday evening with children. In London, we usually return from a walk late, and we have no time left to cook, so for dinner I offer them sushi purchased along the road. But in Paris on Sunday we usually stay at home, and in the evening my girls cook with me. I give them the right to choose recipes, so my Sunday dinner menu is tasty and quite light! The French sandwich Crok-Myshee is one of my daughters’ favorite dishes, but most of all they love the chocolate pie according to the recipe of Suzi, their godmother. The pie is just magical, it can be quickly and easily prepared. Children connect the ingredients together and enthusiastically mix them. Of course, I’m always there: suddenly you need to cut something, warm up or share experience. Most of all I want cooking to be entertainment for children, so that they have fun. Sunday evening is also a pajama. We sit on the puffs near the coffee table, bring plates with everything that we prepared, cheerfully chatting and very happy with each other. At such moments, we are so good that I want them to last forever … “
